Data we process

We process name, email, billing country, language preference, password hash, session records, TikTok username, order ID, amount, license dates and support requests. Games process viewer usernames, comment commands, gifts and match statistics. We do not collect card numbers or TikTok passwords.

Purpose and service providers

Data supports account security, game operation, license verification and support. Shopier processes payments and our configured email provider delivers emails. We use an essential session cookie and store interface preferences in the browser. No advertising-tracking cookies are used.

Retention and requests

Sessions last up to 7 days, password-reset links 1 hour and verification links 24 hours. Raw game event retention is configurable in game settings. Account and match statistics remain for the service lifetime. Request access, correction or deletion through support, subject to statutory payment-record retention.
